Welcome to FITFO Coaching! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our coaching services, website, and any associated materials or products offered by FITFO Coaching. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services or website.

FITFO Coaching offers a variety of coaching programs, including but not limited to personal development, fitness, mindset, and life coaching. The specific services you sign up for, including coaching session details, schedules, and pricing, will be outlined in a separate agreement or enrollment form.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using FITFO Coaching’s services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Pricing: Pricing for FITFO Coaching services is clearly outlined on the website or during the signup process. All prices are in USD (United States Dollars).
• Payment: Payments for services are due at the time of enrollment or as specified in your coaching agreement. We accept Paypal, Venmo, ACH.
• Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services, FITFO Coaching generally does not offer refunds for coaching sessions once they have been completed. For cancellations or rescheduling of sessions, please refer to our [Cancellation Policy].

• Scheduling: Sessions must be scheduled through our booking system or as agreed upon with your coach.
• Late or Missed Sessions: If you fail to attend a scheduled session, or if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, you may forfeit that session, and no refund or reschedule will be provided.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

All information shared between you and your coach during the coaching sessions will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality. However, confidentiality may be broken if required by law or in cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

By using FITFO Coaching’s services, you agree to:

• Treat all coaches, staff, and fellow clients with respect and professionalism.
• Refrain from engaging in any abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior.
• Understand that the coaching services are meant for personal development, and we are not licensed therapists or healthcare professionals.

• FITFO Coaching provides coaching services to the best of its ability, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.
• You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for your own progress, decisions, and actions during and after participating in FITFO Coaching services.
• FITFO Coaching is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services, including personal, professional, or health-related matters.

All content provided by FITFO Coaching, including coaching materials, videos, workbooks, website content, and other resources, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of this content for commercial purposes without express permission.

FITFO Coaching reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that we deem inappropriate or harmful to the community.
